Primary:
- 458 g raspberries (Colruyt, frozen)
- 1.3kg honey (Colruyt)
- 5g Lalvin 71B
- 4.4g bentonite
- 5g pectinase
Gravity of primary: 1.098

First bubbles appear, lag seems over. Add 1.8g of yeast hulls.

Add 1.6g of Vitaferm Ultra F3

Add 1.6g of Vitaferm Ultra F3

Fermentation seems halted, add more fruit.
- 230g blueberries
- 540g raspberries
The mead was racked over the frozen fruit, so I expect fermentation to come up very slowly.
